Lidia brings a love of marketing and consumer strategy to every project she tackles. She started her career in packaged goods marketing after graduating with a Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. An experienced moderator with training in advanced and creative moderating techniques as well as medical moderating, Lidia brings warmth and friendliness to help respondents open up freely. Her specialty is optimizing concepts, innovating products and strategizing difficult brand positioning.

In her spare time, Lidia enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 active young boys in the outdoors at the family cottage. Her passions include travelling, cooking and cycling. Hide this content.

Meghan Houlihan, Research Manager
Meghan graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a passion for marketing and media trends. After starting her career in the financial marketing world, Meghan decided to pursue her interest in consumer insights and product innovation. Read More »

After joining Pulse in 2006, Meghan has continued to grow and learn. She is trained as a moderator and currently specializes in shopper insights. Her gift of gab, helps her uncover a more personal level of comfort with respondents.

Meghan also loves a challenge and gets no greater pleasure than uncovering strategic nuggets from the research she does. Every project is greeted with enthusiasm and energy.

Anke Bosme

Anke Bosme, Quantitative Research Director
For Anke, every research project provides a new and exciting challenge, a puzzle to be solved. Anke has a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Psychology from the University of Toronto. She started her marketing research career in the Business Development department at Bell Canada. Anke's strengths lie in her ability to break down complex business goals into a pragmatic research design and respondent-focused survey questions. She enjoys analyzing quantitative survey data and finding the nuggets that will provide insights and actionable solutions.

Taking benefit from the freedom offered by the Internet, Anke lives the life of a nomad. During the winter she lives in BC, where she enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing; spring and fall are spent in Toronto and the relatively flat and very green country side pulls her to Prince Edward County for biking in the summer.
